Returns Policy

Picpoc-it offer a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason, you are completely happy with your purchase, please return it by emailing us first and asking for a returns number. This is necessary in order for us to process your refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please enclose a copy of your purchase order for identification purposes. On receipt, your goods will be inspected and a refund issued less the original delivery charge, within 10 working days. Picpoc-it does not accept responsibility for any charges incurred returning the goods unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. Your rights to return goods are protected by the distance selling regulations.
Your Picpoc-it carries a 12-month manufacturing warranty, in the unlikely event of your holder being faulty; please contact us for return arrangements.
